Do I need to file an Amberley Village tax return?

Forms are available on the website by accessing the Resident Tax Forms link or via the menu at left, and at the Municipal Building in the front lobby.

Do I need to make quarterly payments?

If your annual tax liability in the prior tax year was greater than $200 you are required to make quarterly payments. Coupons for payment are available by accessing the Individual Tax Forms link or coupons may be printed specifically for your account upon request.

Tax is withheld for the city where I work, will I receive credit for this?

Amberley Village allows credit for tax paid to another municipality up to 2% (full credit) or the tax rate of that city, whichever is lower. Include a copy of your W-2, showing other municipal tax withheld, with your tax return to receive credit. Please note, credit for tax paid to another municipality may not be carried forward to future years.
