Presidents’ Day – Office Closed

All federal and post offices will be closed in observance of Presidents’ Day on Monday, February 19, 2018.  The Amberley Village Administration Office and Maintenance Department will also be closed.  The Amberley Village Municipal Building remains open 24 hours for Police and Fire services.

Curbside services for trash and recycling collection by Rumpke will be on regular schedule for the week.

Planning Commission-Zoning Board of Appeals @ Amberley Village Municipal Building

The Planning Commission-Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 1st Monday each month when applications are submitted.  To have an application for a zoning variance added to the board’s agenda, applications must be submitted in writing at least 21 calendar days in advance of the PC-ZBA meeting.  The Rules and Regulations of the ZBA, Article VII, describe in detail the procedures to follow when requesting a variance.  For questions regarding the submission process and related zoning questions, please call the Amberley Village Administration Office at 531-8675.

Council Meeting @ Amberley Village Municipal Building

The Amberley Village Council meets on the second Monday each month in Council Chambers at the Amberley Village Municipal Building, located at 7149 Ridge Road.

To address Council at a regularly scheduled public meeting, a member of the public can request to be on the agenda by notifying the Village Manager or Clerk, either orally or in writing, no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. For special Council meetings or Committee meetings, a member of the public must notify Village Staff of a request to address Council before the commencement of the meeting. Requests to address Council or its Committees must include the person’s name, address, and a general statement of the subject matter on which the person desires to speak.
