Mayor’s Court

If you break the law in Amberley Village, you may be allowed to plead your case in Mayor’s Court, a sanctioned judicial body recognized by the State of Ohio. Most minor crimes and traffic offenses are handled in Mayor’s Court, while serious crimes, such as felonies, are handled by the Hamilton County court system.

Mayor’s Court is presided over by the Mayor or by an attorney designated by the Mayor as a magistrate in the court. Cases are heard at 6:30 p.m. in the Council chambers, located in the Amberley Village Hall. View the calendar of court dates.
