Senior Safety Program
Amberley Village, in conjunction with the Jewish Home of Cincinnati, is leading the way with its groundbreaking Senior Safety Program, which aims to help older residents remain in their homes as they age. Senior Safety Officer Chris Perry manages the program, and serves as the primary contact for residents seeking services. Officer Perry's personalized interaction with residents has already proved invaluable to residents.
Recently, through a partnership with the Amberley Village WeTHRIVE! Health & Wellness Committee and the Alzheimer's Assocation of Greater Cincinnati, the Amberley Village Police Department has established a new Health & Wellness Program led by Officer Perry and Senior Safety Program Partners. Together, they offer programming designed to educate residents about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, foster awareness and cultivate long-term health habits. The first series of programming was launched in March of 2025, with subsequent sessions throughout the year. Video of each session is available online for anyone who may have missed a session or wishes to refresh their memory.
Included on this page is a library of resources available to both residents and neighbors throughout the greater community. Please feel free to share - and we'd love to know what you're doing with it!
