2100 Section Road is owned by Greater Cincinnati Redevelopment Authority and has been secured to attract light manufacturing to the site. The total acreage is uniformly zoned as Industrial A. This parcel fronts on Section Road with railroad access along its western border. The property was acquired by the Port Authority in June 2016 and currently the property is in site readiness phase. Demolition of the existing building has been completed along with asbestos abatement, storm water infrastructure modifications, site clearing and grading.
