Early in July, Tyler Carach spent some time in Blue Ash, where Officer Andrea Alt and K-9 Creed were in attendance representing Amberley Village during his visit. Tyler is an eleven-year-old boy from Alabama, who began a mission to thank every police officer in America. His non-profit organization, I DONUT NEED A REASON TO THANK A COP, INC., enables Tyler to share donuts and coffee with officers across the country as a way of showing his appreciation for their bravery and service.

In a Facebook post, Carach talks of his experience in Cincinnati, “Spent a fabulous evening (4th) and morning with Officers and Firemen from in and around the Blue Ash, Ohio Area. Such a wonderful group of Officers. I enjoyed playing some tic tac toe and hangman with you all and also checking out your drone and vehicles. I also loved meeting K9 Creed! Keep being ROCK STARS!” And yes, even Creed enjoyed donuts alongside his human colleagues.

Tyler is scheduled to visit Aiken, SC next, and has visited more than 40 states and delivered over 70,000 donuts to police officers since beginning his mission in August of 2016.
