Amberley Village is proud to announce Police Chief Rich Wallace has been selected to receive the Superior Achievement in Police Leadership Award during this year’s Hamilton County Police Week Ceremonies! The award will be presented during the Police Appreciation Award Ceremony held on May 10, 2019, at the Mayerson JCC in Amberley Village. Our thanks to the Fraternal Order of Police, Queen City Lodge 69, for sponsoring the event.

The same attributes that make Chief Wallace an incredibly valuable asset to our Village are recognized outside the Village, as he has made significant contributions towards the improvement and development of Ohio public safety. Chief Wallace truly displays the character and qualities of a recognized leader and we are honored that he oversees our uniquely combined police/fire department, one of only two in the State of Ohio. Congratulations to Chief Wallace for his outstanding leadership not only to Amberley Village but throughout Hamilton County. Please join us on May 17, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. on Fountain Square where law enforcement throughout the Tristate will be acknowledged and Chief Wallace will be publicly honored. Residents are also invited to participate in the FOP Police Memorial Parade immediately following the ceremony.
