Join Mayor Muething and members of the Amberley Village Environmental Stewardship Committee for a Clean-Up Event at the Amberley Village Municipal Building beginning at 5:30 p.m. Look for signs at the Municpal Building announcing the event:
The next National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be Saturday, April 24, 2021. National Take-Back Day is a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs. Amberley Village will participate from 10 – 2 p.m., allowing residents and neighbors to drop off unused or expired prescriptions.
The DEA will also accept vaping devices and cartridges at any of its drop-off locations during Take Back Day. It is important to note that DEA cannot accept devices containing lithium ion batteries. If batteries cannot be removed prior to drop-off, DEA encourages individuals to consult with stores that recycle lithium ion batteries.
