The Planning Commission-Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 1st Monday each month when applications are submitted.  To have an application for a zoning variance added to the board’s agenda, applications must be submitted in writing at least 21 calendar days in advance of the PC-ZBA meeting.  The Rules and Regulations of the ZBA, Article VII, describe in detail the procedures to follow when requesting a variance.  For questions regarding the submission process and related zoning questions, please call the Amberley Village Administration Office at 531-8675.
