North Site  - 14 Acre Property for Sale
Situated north of Ronald Reagan Highway, portions of the Village’s North Site property located at 8601 Ridge Road have been listed for sale.  

The Village is pursuing potential business interests for the available 14-acres.  The area where the former Swim & Tennis Club was located and the land north of the Maintenance Garage are considered the most viable for development.  Market professionals have concluded that a potential user for the property would likely be a low volume traffic generator.  Zoning on the site was changed in 2013 to accommodate development of this property. 

Residents may notice the sale sign from Ridge Road and the Ronald Reagan Highway which directs inquiries to Jones Lang LaSalle, the commercial real estate company that currently holds the exclusive listing agreement for the North Site.  Parties interested in the property can inquire directly to Jones Lang LaSalle at (513) 241-4600.

Amberley Green - 133 Acre Tract, Accepting Letters of Interest 

Amberley Village is the owner of the former Crest Hills Country Club located at the southwest corner of Galbraith and Ridge Roads. The site consists of four parcels, totaling 133 acres with an address of 7801 Ridge Road. This unique property, referred to as Amberley Green, is a key parcel in the Greater Cincinnati area because of its size, beauty, potential and location.
 
The Village is seeking letters of interest through August 31, 2015, from qualified development teams to design, develop and work with the Village to develop the site. The Village is seeking a private development company to partner with the Village by providing professional assistance in the design, marketing and development of this property.
